To solve a customer pain point, a new mobile product was launched that would allow customers to track the location and arrival of a technician. As the brand campaign lead, I created a multi-channel internal and external campaign for the new product launch, which resulted in awareness of this customer enhancement and an improvement in brand perception. The above TV ad shows a sample of my work on this campaign where the positioning of the product and its benefits was as important as the creative narrative. The same strategy was employed across various digital mediums and internal employee initiatives to drive success and increase adoption.
